The role of the Operations Leader is to provide operational support and job coordination for the development of Power Rental Department. As rental department grows the rental business will face different sets of challenges, which will require different types of support. This position acts as both a team member and a resource/information provider. To be effective, the Operations Leader must establish an understanding of the objectives and accountabilities below.
High School graduate and a minimum five years of Rental Equipment service on engine and electrical experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Previous experience in a fast paced multi-tasking environment is a must for this position.
Three to five years of relevant experience in the EPG/Industrial/Marine or Rental Industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with proficiency in DBS, DSI, ACT, Sales Link, SIS, Power net and other business/Windows based software applications preferred.
